چکیده
Microbes (e.g., plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and endophytes) are the natural inhabitants of soil-plant-environment ecosystem having potential to ameliorate negative effects environmental extremities. Plant-microbe interactions integral events agricultural ecosystems which must be studied in order modulate systemic mechanisms field crops. Under changing climatic scenarios, drought heat stresses tend induce numerous physiological, morphological, metabolic biochemical alterations crop plants, while microbes hold mitigate these adverse impacts a sustainable way. However, plant-microbe interaction remain understudied owing their complexities rhizosphere within cellular systems plants. In this review, we have attempted summarize microbes’ with plants that influence hormonal nutrients balance, biosynthesis metabolites phytohormones, etc. particular, focus has been kept on underlying related confer abiotic stress tolerance. Moreover, various responses subjected water scarcity elevated temperatures synthesized objectively. Lastly, from perspective application as biofertilizers, both challenges future research needs develop microbe-mediated tolerance biologically potent strategy strategically pointed out.

Plant Responses to Drought and Stress Tolerance
In the natural environment plants are well adapted to minimize damages which only occurs under extreme conditions. In the frame of “physiological window” mild drought induces in plants regulation of water loss and uptake allowing maintenance of their leaf relative water content within the limits where the photosynthetic capacity shows no or little changes. But severe drought induces in plants u...
متن کاملAbiotic Stress Responses and Microbe-Mediated Mitigation in Plants: The Omics Strategies
Abiotic stresses are the foremost limiting factors for agricultural productivity. Crop plants need to cope up adverse external pressure created by environmental and edaphic conditions with their intrinsic biological mechanisms, failing which their growth, development, and productivity suffer. Microorganisms, the most natural inhabitants of diverse environments exhibit enormous metabolic capabil...
متن کاملMolecular responses to drought and heat stress in durum wheat
Water scarcity and high temperature stress and their combination are the most important stresses experienced by durum wheat in the ield. The responses induced by drought and heat stress at transcriptional level have been described, but much less is known about plant response to simultaneous drought and heat stress, although this is the most common event in ield conditions. Several data indicate...
متن کاملPhysio-biochemical and Enzymatic Responses of Sunflower to Drought Stress
Drought stress is a serious adverse factor that limits sunflower growth and productivity. The stress induces a range of physiological and biochemical responses in sunflower. So, evaluation of defense systems is important for producing resistant cultivars. In this study, physio-biochemical changes and antioxidant enzymes activitiesof six sunflower lines were evaluated under normal and irrigation...
متن کاملCrop Production under Drought and Heat Stress: Plant Responses and Management Options
Abiotic stresses are one of the major constraints to crop production and food security worldwide. The situation has aggravated due to the drastic and rapid changes in global climate. Heat and drought are undoubtedly the two most important stresses having huge impact on growth and productivity of the crops. It is very important to understand the physiological, biochemical, and ecological interve...
